Can you set up on grass or on my back patio?
Yes — our crew carries both engineered stakes for grass and ballasted weight kits for pavement, driveways, and stamped-concrete patios. Let us know your surface type when booking and we'll confirm the anchor method in your quote.
What if I just need chairs and tables without the tent?
That's Tier 1 (Essentials). You still get the 10% package discount versus booking each item separately, and you can always add a tent or other items later without losing the bundle price.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee for my neighborhood?
Package pricing covers the rental items; delivery is calculated based on your postal code. Pickup from our Surrey warehouse is always available with the 10% discount applied and no delivery charge.
