How A Carnival Game Rental Works

Every booth is a turnkey, fully-staffed station: we bring the game, all play pieces (balls, rings, darts, etc.), small-prize stock, and a fabric backdrop. Each booth needs roughly 6×8 ft of floor space and a flat-ish surface — grass, gym floor, pavement, or patio all work.

Your booking includes a trained Forever Party Rentals attendant to run the booth for the full 4-hour window. They handle the play, scoring, prizes, and crowd flow — your team gets to host the event, not run booths. Need longer than 4 hours? Each additional hour is +$150/hr per booth (or the discounted bundle rate).

Carnival Game Rental Questions

What does the $650 / 4hr rate include?

Per booth: full setup, one trained Forever Party Rentals attendant to run the booth for the booked 4-hour window, all play pieces (balls, rings, darts, balloons, etc.), small-prize stock, fabric backdrop, and pack-down at the end. Delivery is offered at a discounted rate within the Lower Mainland service area.

What if my event runs longer than 4 hours?

Each additional hour beyond the 4-hour base is billed at $150/hr per booth, with the same trained attendant staying on. Bundle bookings get the same discount on additional hours: 2-game bundle is $270/hr extra (10% off), 4-game bundle is $510/hr extra (15% off). We bill in 1-hour increments.

How far in advance should I book carnival games?

Two to four weeks is typical for weekday or smaller weekend events. For peak-season (May–September) Saturdays, 6–8 weeks is safer — corporate picnic and school carnival season fills our staffing quickly. Last-minute requests are still worth a phone call.

Do you provide prizes, or do we?

Small-prize stock is included for participation prizes (the typical "everyone wins" model). For grand prizes or themed prize tables, you provide those — or call us and we can arrange upgraded prize stock for an additional fee.

Do the games need power or water?

None of our four carnival games require power, water, or any utility hookup. They're fully mechanical and run anywhere — gym floor, lawn, pavement, patio, or driveway.

Indoor or outdoor only?

Both — every game runs equally well indoors or out. Balloon darts is the only one with a slight indoor preference (no wind concerns), but we use heavily-weighted balloon boards for outdoor use too.

Are darts safe for kids?

Yes — our balloon darts use blunt-tipped tournament-style darts that pop balloons but won't break skin or injure on miss. Our trained attendant supervises every turn. Recommended for ages 6+; younger kids can play with adult assistance, or skip darts and pick a different game.

Do you provide attendants to run the booths?

Yes — every carnival game booking includes one trained Forever Party Rentals attendant per booth, for the full 4-hour booked window. Staffing is built into the $650/4hr base rate (and the bundle rates) — no additional fees, no need for your team or volunteers to learn how the games work.

What's the difference between the 2-game and 4-game bundle?

The 2-game bundle ("Carnival Pair") lets you pick any two of our four games for $1,170 / 4hr (with 2 attendants), saving 10% off retail. The 4-game bundle ("Full Carnival Pack") includes all four games and 4 attendants for $2,210 / 4hr — saves 15%, the best per-game rate we offer. Both bundles get the same discount on additional hours.
