Tent Rental Questions

How far in advance should I book a marquee tent rental?

For summer weddings and large outdoor events, we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead. Peak season (May–September) fills quickly. For smaller or off-peak events, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. Check live availability and book online 24/7.

What does the tent rental include?

Add delivery and setup to your marquee tent order and our crew handles transport, full installation (frame assembly, staking, canvas fitting), and post-event takedown and removal — you don't touch anything. Delivery is quoted up front based on distance from our Surrey warehouse. Tables, chairs, and dance floors can be added to the same order.

Do marquee tents need to be staked into the ground?

On grass or soft soil, we stake marquee tents for maximum stability. For concrete, asphalt, or paved surfaces we use heavy ballast water barrels as anchors. Both methods are secure — just let us know your surface type when booking.

How much clearance does the tent need around it?

We need roughly 2 feet of clear space around the tent perimeter for staking and guylines. A 20×40 tent needs approximately a 24×44 ft clear footprint. Send us photos or measurements of your space and we'll confirm fit before delivery.

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer a 125% cancellation guarantee: if we ever cancel on you for any reason, we return 125% of every dollar paid. For client-initiated cancellations, your deposit is held as a credit toward a rescheduled date. See our full terms at checkout.

Can you add sidewalls, lighting, or heaters?

Yes — solid and clear-view sidewall panels can be added to any marquee tent for weather protection or privacy. We also coordinate tent heater rentals for shoulder-season events and can connect you with lighting partners. Contact us to build a custom package.
