We carry modular black-and-white dance floors in multiple configurations from 12×12 ft to larger setups. Exact available sizes depend on current inventory — check online or contact us to discuss your square footage needs and we'll recommend the right size.

Plan for approximately 30% of your guests dancing at any one time, allowing 4–5 sq ft per dancer. For 100 guests, a 12×12 ft floor (144 sq ft) is typically sufficient. For 150+ guests we recommend 15×15 ft or larger. We can help you size it correctly — just tell us your guest count and venue dimensions.

Yes — our modular dance floors work well on outdoor patios, concrete, and under tent canopies. We strongly recommend a flat, level surface. For outdoor installations on grass, we may use a sub-floor base to ensure stability. Let us know your venue conditions when booking.

Installation typically takes 30–90 minutes depending on the size and site. We coordinate with your venue or event coordinator to schedule setup well before guests arrive and return for collection after the event ends.

Yes — many of our clients combine a dance floor with one of our marquee tents for a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. When booking both, our crew coordinates installation so the dance floor is level and fully covered under the tent canopy.

No — our crew cleans the dance floor during takedown. You don't need to do anything except enjoy the night. Just make sure the floor area is accessible for our team to collect at the agreed time.
