What does the 20×30 tent rental include?

Every 20×30 marquee tent rental includes delivery to your venue, full installation (frame assembly, staking or ballasting, canvas fitting), solid sidewall panels on all four sides, and post-event takedown and removal. There's no separate setup fee — our crew handles everything. Tables, chairs, dance floor, and tent heaters can be added to the same order.

What space do I need for a 20×30 marquee tent?

The tent footprint is 20×30 ft but we need roughly 2 ft of clearance on all sides for staking and guy-lines — plan for a 24×34 ft clear area. Overhead clearance should be free of power lines, overhanging branches, and roof eaves for the full ~15 ft peak height. Send us photos or measurements of your space and we'll confirm fit before booking.

Can the 20×30 be installed on concrete or a patio?

Yes. On grass or soil we stake the tent for maximum stability. On concrete, asphalt, or paved surfaces we use heavy water-ballast barrels as anchors — the same method used at corporate events and vineyard weddings throughout the Lower Mainland. Let us know your surface type at booking.

How long does installation take?

A 20×30 marquee takes our crew approximately 2.5–3 hours to install (frame, canvas, sidewalls, staking/ballasting). We schedule delivery and setup the morning of your event or, for venue access, the day before. Takedown is typically 2 hours. We coordinate directly with your venue or event planner to agree on access windows.

Can sidewalls be left open for airflow?

Yes — sidewall panels attach and detach easily. Common configurations include: all four sides closed (weather protection), one end open (airflow + view), or two long sides open for a breezy open-air pavilion feel. We also carry clear-panel sidewalls that let light through while blocking wind. Discuss your preference at booking.

How far in advance should I book?

For summer Saturday events (May–September), aim for 6–8 weeks ahead. For autumn/spring or weekday events, 3–4 weeks is typically sufficient. Hold your date with a 25% deposit online, or call us for multi-tent or large-footprint orders.
