How do I book?
You can book instantly online 24/7 through our booking system — just select your rental period, choose your items and pay a 25% deposit. You can also email us at welcome@foreverpartyrentals.com or call/text 778-990-7983.
What deposit is required to secure my booking?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.
Can I get 10% off?
Yes! If you pay your order in full within 24 hours of your inquiry, you automatically receive 10% off the entire order.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 25% deposit is non-refundable. However, if we ever cancel your booking, we return 125% of everything you paid — that's our cancellation protection guarantee.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — especially for summer weekends and weddings. Popular dates fill up fast. You can enter a date online to check availability with no obligation to book.
Delivery & Setup
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes — delivery, setup, and takedown are available as add-on services for marquee tents, tables, chairs, and dance floors. Add them to your order and our crew handles everything; delivery is quoted up front based on distance from our Surrey warehouse. You can also pick up most rentals directly from us.
Can I pick up rentals myself?
Yes! Popup tents and select items are available for self-pickup from our warehouse at 9317 188 St, Surrey BC. We're open 7 days a week, 9:30AM–6PM.
What happens if you're late for setup?
If we fail to begin setup within the agreed timeframe, you receive 25% of your order back — automatically. That's our on-time setup promise.
Where do you deliver?
We serve the entire Lower Mainland including Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, White Rock, Delta, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond and more. Check our service areas page for the full list.

How clean is the equipment?
Every item is pressure-washed, cleaned and inspected before your rental. Our tables are so clean many clients skip tablecloths entirely. Chairs are individually checked — we often bring extras free of charge just in case.
How many people fit at a 5ft round table?
A 5ft (60 inch) round table comfortably seats 8 guests, or up to 10 in a pinch.
How many people fit at a 6ft rectangular table?
A 6ft rectangular table seats 6 people comfortably (3 per side), or up to 8 with end seats.
What tent sizes are available?
We have marquee tents in several sizes to accommodate events from 20 to 300+ guests. Contact us for specific dimensions and to find the right size for your event.
