From first consultation to January takedown, we handle every step. You never touch a light.

Free Design Consultation

We visit your property, walk the rooflines, talk about style preferences (warm-white vs color, classic vs modern), and take measurements for power planning.

Custom Design & Fixed-Price Quote

We send a fixed-price package quote with a written install plan. For Premium clients we include a rendered 3D mockup so you can preview the finished look.

Professional Installation

WCB-covered crews arrive in October or early November, install in a single visit, and leave your property cleaner than we found it. Most homes are complete in 2–4 hours.

Season-Long Maintenance

If a strand fails mid-December, we're on-site within 24–48 hours to replace it — no charge. We also do a proactive mid-season check for Premium and Classic packages.

Takedown & Free Storage

We return in January (or earlier if you prefer) for a clean takedown. Your lights are labeled, packed, and stored in our climate-controlled Surrey warehouse at no extra cost — ready for next November.

What's the difference between your Starter, Classic, and Premium packages?

Starter is a single-story roofline with warm-white C9 LEDs — clean, classic, efficient. Classic adds one accent (tree wrap, bushes, or pathway) and works well for two-story homes. Premium is the full display — roofline + trees + bushes + pathway + door frame, with a 3D mockup before install, priority 24-hour maintenance, and smart Wi-Fi controls included. All packages include install, maintenance, takedown, and free storage.

Can I bundle Christmas lights with my corporate holiday party rentals?

Yes — we're one of the only providers in the Lower Mainland who can handle both the outdoor lighting and the indoor event rentals (tents, tables, Chiavari chairs, dance floors) on a single quote and a single invoice. For corporate clients we've installed storefront lighting while also delivering the tent and tables for the company's holiday party. Ask about a bundled package at your design consultation.
